All this talk about cosmic visitors

There will not be a "Close Encounter of the Fourth Kind."

Earth is a "Ball of Confusion"; humans are too abominable

to ever meet Little Green men, as too many White ones here

still largely despise the Black, Brown, Yellow and Red ones.

"'Bullets zippin' here, bombs droppin' there,' whyyyyy-yy because of the color of their skin ... aliens know the song; a special code was embedded in the 1970 Temptations song, "Ball of Confusion." This writer wonders 

whether or not the Temptations—David, Eddie, Paul, Melvin, Otis, and Dennis—might have been covert agents of Project Blue Book, the US Air Force's classified probe of unidentified flying objects from March 1952 to its termination on Dec. 17, 1969. 

 

Thinking about it gives one pause ... what could have been the benefit to the Temps? Well, the answer to that would be fairly obvious—otherworldly musical inspiration. After all, the 70's Temps were eons above the rest. Their gift was out of this world. 

Extraterrestrials have had keen knowledge of humanity's cantankerous behavior long before the Temps, but "Ball of Confusion" certainly amplified that knowledge. This is why the Cosmic Dominion will not make formal contact and have ruled out a "Close Encounter of the Fourth Kind" until "Further Notice!" They have borne witness through centuries of the skirmishes, conflicts and wars of this Angry Blue Marble. Earth is just too tumultuous—a "ball of confusion."

 

Especially in 2023. 

The Dominion is acutely aware due to the color of their (green) skin, some frightened cowardly cop—likely

an American—is going to attempt to cap them. Then all hell would break loose because an itchy finger "E.T." is going to "vaporize" 1,000 humans with one sweep of his de-vaporizer beam, which will only escalate to a cosmic slaughter because Earthlings are going to try to exchange fire with the little green men with their inferior AR-15s, howitzers, tanks, and F-22s.

Then the Andromeda Tribunal will be forced to recall all of their operatives to subject them to a galactic trial for violating the NOKEA (No Killing Earthlings Act), for which conviction brings a minimum sentence of 1 million light years in Outer Oblivion without the possibility of a reduced sentence.

Dominion is aware humans are the weaker vessels mentally and psychologically, fearful of the unknown with a lesser evolved temperament.

That's why official extraterrestrial policy says "NO" at this time to a Close Encounter of the Fourth Kind, for the betterment of the Earth, and for the Cosmic Dominion.
